About me
(she/hers)
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, maintaining a private practice in Las Vegas, NV. I enjoy working with a broad spectrum of clients that are interested in taking a holistic lifestyle approach to wellbeing. I recognize the inherent connection between mind, body and spirit, and believe that cultivating safety, acceptance and curiosity within our self is the first step toward thriving, strengthening our treasured relationships and living a life we are proud of. My approach mixes brain science, mindfulness and the inherent wisdom of the body. Check out my profile on Psychology Today.
In addition to my practice, I am passionate about the field of mind-body medicine, and sharing simple and powerful breathing techniques that enhance health, wellbeing and happiness. In my spare time, you’ll often find me outside - hiking, swimming, or practicing yoga. I enjoy good food, games, sports, and traveling.
